County Executive McCoy to Announce Holiday Program to Help Those Who Need It. It’s been a difficult year for many families and with the holidays right around the corner, Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy and Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families are collecting for an adopt-A-Family holiday program. The fundraiser will be held at Crossgates Mall from November 8th – 13th on the upper level near Best Buy and across from the food court.
