MoveFitnessbyLenny, the Capital Region’s number one dance fitness studio, to host a health and fitness event at Crossgates Mall from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm on the lower level Lord & Taylor Court. Dance exhibitions, dance fitness classes, salsa, and hip-hop fitness demonstrations will be provided. Bring your sneakers and learn a step or two while participating in a fitness experience that is so much fun, it can hardly be considered exercise! All proceeds go to Mission Accomplished Transition Services (www.matransitionservcies.org). This local, non-profit assists students in our community that would benefit from assistance transitioning into the job market.
Raffles will be offered hourly and include a gift card for Lord & Taylor, tickets to The Albany Empire Arena Football, dance classes and more. Anyone who contributes a donation to Mission Accomplished Transition Services will be eligible for the raffle. Spa Mirbeau and Athleta will also be participating.
