Would you like to try yoga? Afraid you won’t be able to do it? Everyone and anyone – beginner or experienced, can benefit from going back to the basics. Learn proper alignment of some of the most common poses (asanas). Build strong foundations which will aid in helping to prevent injuries.
Learn to listen to your body and your inner voice while strengthening your ability to tune out all the “noise”. The basics of beginner meditation will be practiced. By using our breath as a means to “let go” of outside interruptions we invite a sense of equanimity within. It is truly an evolving practice and one with lasting benefits. The benefits yoga provides on different systems of the body will be highlighted. No experience necessary. All are welcome.
