Albany County Launches “Move Your Way Albany County” Campaign to Inspire Physical Activity
–At Crossgates February 8, 2025-
Guilderland, NY – Albany County Executive Daniel P. McCoy will be joining with the Albany County Department of Health to formally announce the “Move Your Way Albany County” campaign, a community-wide initiative designed to encourage residents to meet the recommended weekly amount of physical activity. This campaign is part of a national effort led by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to promote the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Members of the media are invited to attend the announcement on Saturday, February 8 at 10:00am at Crossgates (near Apex Entertainment). It will be followed by an indoor walk and a health fair in the Apex Court area.
